Swan Hill Community Seminar 2025

Swan Hill Club, 5/17 McCallum St, Swan Hill VIC 3585 (map)
Session
22 May 2025 (Thu) 10:00am to 1:00pm
Are you interested in learning more about Parkinson's and connecting with other people living with the condition? Join us at our Swan Hill Community Seminar on Thursday 22 May.

Fight Parkinson’s community seminar will provide attendees with an insight to Parkinson’s, current and future treatments research and assist them in recognising when claims about some therapies may be too good to be true.

We will also be presenting a section of the Your Care Your Choice education program. This innovative program will provide insights into navigating the health and community systems to find where you can get support for Parkinson’s and provide information for communicating need, self-advocacy, and choice.

This free event welcomes anyone in the Swan Hill region and surrounding areas.

Your Care, Your Choice is proudly delivered with the support of a Peer Support and Capacity Building grant provided by NDIS. Fight Parkinson’s is proud to be delivering projects for the Peer Support and Capacity Building (PSCB) grant for the NDIS. Together we’re ensuring that people with disability keep accessing supports to build their skills and connect with others who have shared similar experiences.

While there is no fee to attend this event, registrations are required. You can register by calling Fight Parkinson’s on 03 8809 0400 or online via the link below:
