Living with Parkinson’s presents unique challenges, but with the right knowledge, resources, and support, individuals can manage symptoms and maintain quality of life.  

This help sheet has been specially developed for Hindi-speaking people with Parkinson’s, their families, and carers to provide clear and practical guidance on day-to-day living with Parkinson’s. It includes information on managing physical symptoms, emotional wellbeing, and staying independent so you can live well with Parkinson’s.
