A diagnosis of Parkinson’s is life changing and many people may still be working or nearing retirement when this occurs. This Ask the Expert session will help you understand entitlements, insurances and benefits which may be available in your superannuation policy.

This session features Kim Shaw, an accredited personal injury specialist and Division Head of Maurice Blackburn’s national Personal Legal Services Division managing the firm’s Super and Insurance and Wills and Estates teams based in Maurice Blackburn’s Melbourne office. Kim is also a Board director of the firm. She has practiced for over 30 years in Personal Injury law, super and insurance law and more recently an oversight role in relation to Wills and Estates law. She is passionate about ensuring that everyone who needs it should have access to justice.
