Exercise plays an important role in supporting people with Parkinson’s in managing their condition and daily life.  Physical activity helps to manage symptoms while also promoting overall health, mobility and well-being.

Join our team for an online session exploring the benefits of exercise for Parkinson’s and exploring how to safely incorporate physical activity into your usual routines.  The session will cover the different types of exercise, tips to help with motivation, and ways to tailor your program to your individual needs.
