Join Ashwood ParkinSong for an informative and engaging day designed to support the Parkinson’s community.

Hear from keynote speaker Professor Meg Morris, who will share the latest research on exercise and explore how staying active can positively impact life with Parkinson’s.

You’ll also hear from members of the Fight Parkinson’s Health Team who will share practical strategies for staying independent, the latest on ParkinsonNet, treatments and research, and tips for managing sleep and continence.
