Warrnambool Community Seminar

The Flying Horse Warrnambool
Session
5 Oct 2026 (Mon) 11:00am to 2:00pm
Are you interested in learning more about Parkinson's and connecting with other people living with the condition? Join the Warrnambool Community Seminar on Monday 5 October.

Important note: If you do not receive any communications from Fight Parkinson’s after registering for this event, please contact us via Phone: 1800 931 031 or Email: [email protected]

This free seminar will provide attendees with practical information and strategies to support communication and swallowing in Parkinson’s, helping participants better understand common challenges and how to manage them day to day.

The event will also feature a session from our Your Care, Your Choice* education program – an innovative initiative that helps people navigate health and community systems, find the right supports for Parkinson’s, and build skills in communicating needs, self-advocacy, and making informed choices.

This free event is open to anyone in the Warrnambool region and surrounding areas.

*Your Care, Your Choice is proudly delivered with the support of a Peer Support and Capacity Building grant provided by NDIS. Fight Parkinson’s is proud to be delivering projects for the Peer Support and Capacity Building (PSCB) grant for the NDIS. Together we’re ensuring that people with disability keep accessing supports to build their skills and connect with others who have shared similar experiences.

While attendance is free, registration is required.

If you have difficulty registering, please contact Fight Parkinson’s on 1800 931 031 or [email protected]
