Atypical Parkinson’s Community Seminar 2025

Treacy Centre, Parkville VIC 3052 (map)

Fri 13th Jun 2025, 10:00am to 4:30pm (6 hours, 30 minutes)

This free event is designed for people living with Atypical Parkinson's, Multiple System Atrophy, Progressive Supranuclear Palsy and Cortical Basal Degeneration and their family, friends and carers.

This free seminar will help increase awareness and understanding of Atypical Parkinson’s conditions, including the latest research and developments in the field. Attendees will also gain valuable insights into multidisciplinary care and evidence-based interventions that support quality of life.

The seminar will include a session from the Your Care, Your Choice education program - an innovative resource designed to support people living with an atypical diagnosis. It offers practical guidance on navigating health and community services, finding the right supports, and building skills in self-advocacy, communicating needs, and making informed choices.
