Positive Life: Exercise – Choosing the right exercise for you

Regular physical activity can play an important role in managing the symptoms of Parkinson’s, as well as helping to maintain general health and well-being. Join Fight Parkinson’s Physiotherapist, Rachel Mouer, as she discusses incorporating exercise into your routine and tips to help you choose the right exercise to suit your needs.

This session will include practical tips to help with different considerations that relate to selecting exercises, incorporating physical activity into your usual routines and adapting your program overtime.  Community panel members will also share their experiences of exercising with Parkinson’s providing real life examples of ways they have incorporated exercise into their lives.


This event will be held on the Microsoft Teams platform. How you register and join the event might look a little different to what you’re used to – but it should be quicker and easier!
