Research study: Understanding self-care practices

Monash University researchers are looking for people with Parkinson’s to participate in a study aimed at better understanding how people manage their Parkinson’s symptoms and general health and wellbeing.

In particular, the study seeks to learn more about the use of existing tracking practices and tools and the challenges people face using them.

People who wish to participate will be asked to complete a 15-20 minute online survey to share their:

  • day-to-day self-care practices
  • Parkinson’s symptom management practices and coping strategies
  • tools used to self-track / document / monitor any part of your life, if applicable.
