There are many questions and discussion which will commonly be had with your family, your support network and your clinicians. 

Part of this process can include preparing legal documents to record your wishes and instructions.  

This facilitated webinar, featuring a pre-recorded presentation, will arm you with information about the legal requirements for Advance Care Directives, including the types of conversations you need to have as you work through the process.
