There is a growing body of evidence suggesting that regular exercise may slow the progression of Parkinson’s. This Ask the Experts will look at exercise, how it may benefit you and how to find the exercise which is right for you.

Hear from Professor Meg Morris from Latrobe University. She is a global leader in Parkinson's disease, rehabilitation and falls prevention. Best known for her ground-breaking studies on falls prevention, physiotherapy and dancing for Parkinson’s.

Professor Morris will explore the latest in evidence supporting exercise as therapy for people living with Parkinson's. She will explore the numerous exercise programs available from waking football, dance to boxing and what you consider when participating in these programs.

Professor Morris will also share the what is required to develop an evidence-based exercise program to have value as a therapy.
