Based on his extensive experience and knowledge of decision making in the context of neurological conditions, retired neurologist Dr Jim Howe will provide insights into developing an advance care plan.

Having an advanced care plan in place, detailing your wishes, will ensure you have control over medical and palliative care decisions made at a stage when you may no longer be able to articulate them.
