Identify your health and life priorities! This session will explore areas of your life following the year 2020 that rocked us. We will discuss re-establishing what you would like to improve in matters of health and lifestyle. These might be small goals related to exercise or social engagement. Improving your resilience for the unexpected! We will also address getting up to speed with your body maintenance (medical, physical and social).
